Tennessee Temple Lady Crusaders wound up on the wrong side of a 11-0 score on Saturday at Columbia, SC, tasting defeat at the hands of Columbia College.

Kayla Phillips did her best to jumpstart the offense for Tennessee Temple Lady Crusaders, reaching base two times. She singled in the third inning.

Carley Daniel handled Columbia College's lineup with ease, racking up three strikeouts. Daniel allowed one earned run, 14 hits and no walks over four innings.

Lindsey Knipp got the win for Columbia College. She tossed five innings of shutout ball. Knipp struck out four, walked two and gave up two hits.

Columbia College's Crystal Hughes, Lauren Moore and Brittany Bendt combined for six hits and five RBIs.

The game's last lead went to Columbia College thanks to a first inning rally that saw five runs cross the plate on a two-run double by Moore and three singles.
